Sunrise

This beautiful painting titled "Sunrise" was created by one of our talented Paint4Peace artists from Gateway HealthCare. This artist shared with us a story of how she had woken up recently at 4:00 AM and was extremely anxious and restless. She decided to utilize one of the relaxation methods she had recently learned at PeaceLove...she painted! She explained that her anxiety quickly went away and minutes into her painting she had found peace of mind and had a good start to an early day!
